Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties :
- Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
- Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed
- Can appropriately time workouts
- Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment
Coach Qualifications :
- Are AED / CPR certified
- Are a current Certified Personal Trainer ISSA, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, NCSF or Individuals with an advanced degree Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), DPT) Kinesiology Exercise ScienceHealth ScienceMovement ScienceExercise PhysiologyGeneral FitnessAthletic TrainingPre-Professional Health Physical Therapy)Fitness or Sports Condition Specialization (Strength and Conditioning, Physical Activity Promotion)
- Pass the OTFit Certification Program
- Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual, and committed to growth / learning
