Associate Director, Patient & Payer Operations & Analytics

The Associate Director, Patient & Payer Operations & Analytics supports and enhances the commercial experience for Exondys 51, Vyondys 53, Amondys 45, Elevidys, and future products. The Associate Director oversees ongoing data feeds, maintains and enhances current reporting, leads new report development, and oversees reporting quality. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including finance, distribution, field teams, clinical teams, marketing, market access, diagnostics, and distribution / contracting.
The Associate Director assists in triaging issues to the appropriate external and internal parties and interfaces with our Patient CRM and data aggregation partners. This role supports the Patient Services Model, including reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and co-pay assistance programs, and provides decision support where needed across the commercial organization.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; A degree in general business, health sciences, public health, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
9+ years of experience with biopharma, with at least 2 years in a patient / market access-focused role.
Advanced SQL and Tableau experience required.
Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
