Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Productivity (Data Services)

As a Data Services Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will architect, design, and implement software to support the development, simulation, test, certification, and operation of complex automated systems for aircraft. Your software will enable engineers and analysts to efficiently and effectively draw conclusions from test & evaluation data, accelerating the product design life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test & evaluation data processing pipeline, data storage, and data retrieval services
• Deploying and managing self-service data visualization and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Grafana, Metabase, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for company-wide data services and governance
• Provide consultation to engineering teams, driving adoption and fostering data literacy through hands-on guidance, expert training, and clear documentation
• Balance the company needs of long-term data retention, ease of data use, low latency of access to new data, reliability of data analysis, and cost awareness

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $300,000 / annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.
