Behavioral Balance ABA offers play-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–6, primarily serving Medicaid families. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized care that helps children build essential life skills while fostering a positive, nurturing experience. We are locally owned, bilingual, and dedicated to creating a supportive environment for children and staff alike.

The Role :

Join our team as an Entry-Level or Experienced RBT, and help children build communication, confidence, and life skills through one-on-one play therapy.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children with autism in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, self-advocacy, and early pre-academic skills.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and progress using Hi Rasmus.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
• Actively play, read, dance, and learn with children.
• Communicate with families and team members.
• Respond to challenging behaviors and follow safety protocols.
• Complete session notes and required documentation promptly.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
