Mavis Tire - Dynamics 365 Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Dynamics 365 Data Entry Specialist at Mavis Tire. In this role, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and purchase order processing within the Dynamics 365 system.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on the system and its functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Amex charges for the IT department.
• Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information into the Dynamics 365 system
• Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
• Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
