We are currently seeking a BPO Director to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Compliance to lead our global BPO compliance function. This role oversees critical areas including anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), privacy incident management, third-party administrator (TPA) licensing, and regulatory compliance across life, annuity, and health insurance products. The Director will manage a global team of compliance professionals, collaborate with internal leadership, and engage directly with clients to ensure robust compliance frameworks and practices.

Pay for this role is : $132,000.
Hours of Operation : M-F, 8AM CST to 5PM CST.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (JD or advanced degree preferred).
10 years of experience in compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in life insurance compliance and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, privacy regulations, and insurance licensing.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or similar.
Experience in client-facing roles and managing regulatory audits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing global compliance team, fostering a culture of support, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic direction for compliance initiatives aligned with business goals, third-party administrator licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Oversee regulatory compliance programs related to third-party administration requirements and life, annuity, and health insurance related requirements.
Monitor and interpret State and Federal regulatory changes, ensuring timely communication of necessary policy and procedural updates.
Manage relationships with clients and their compliance groups to ensure timely and accurate handling of regulatory changes and updates.
Oversee contract renewals with the Regulatory vendor.
Direct anti-fraud and AML teams to identify, investigate, and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to financial crimes.
Work with team to develop and maintain robust fraud detection and prevention systems.
Lead the response to privacy incidents, ensuring appropriate investigation, documentation, and remediation.
Collaborate with legal and IT teams to ensure data protection and privacy compliance.
Oversee TPA licensing and TPA compliance across jurisdictions.
Work with TPA licensing partner to ensure proper documentation and license renewals.
Oversee contract renewals with the TPA licensing vendor.
Serve as compliance advisor to internal leadership and external clients.
Communicate complex regulatory requirements in a clear and actionable manner.
Represent the company in client meetings and audits.
Remote Working and Technology Requirements
To work remote, individuals must meet all the established Remote requirements including those pertaining to a home workspace and related technology.
Technology
NTT DATA will provide a computer and headset for remote work.
Employees are responsible for the care and security of all equipment provided. They must return it immediately upon separation from the company following company protocols.
Failure to return equipment may result in collection actions and / or other consequences.
Individuals must provide their own high speed internet access with speeds at or above 50 Mbps.
A hard-wired ethernet connection is required. Wi-Fi, mobile, wireless and public internet connections are forbidden as are connections outside of one's personal dwelling or location.
Technical Performance and Issue Tracking
Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime. Consistent availability is critical to business operations.
Remote employees must adhere to all technical support procedures and protocols.
Chronic connectivity issues or recurring downtime that impede job performance, including internet outages, may result in the remote status changing to onsite.
Remote Workspace
Remote work demands a high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, and accountability. The following workspace standards are vital to delivering exceptional service.
Employees must have a dedicated, professional workspace conducive to servicing Customer Service customers with the same quality as an onsite environment.
The workspace must be a permanent, unencumbered location used daily for work.
Employees must work with minimal distractions that do not interfere with business operations or service delivery.
Ideally, the workspace is isolated from other household members and used exclusively for job duties.
Background noise, interruptions from people or pets, and other distractions must be kept to an absolute minimum to avoid disruptions to customer service.
Employees must work from the same location consistently unless prior approval is obtained.

The new location must meet all Remote Workspace and Technology Requirements.
Notification to NTT DATA Management is required before relocating.
