Job description

Description : Position Summary :

In this role, you will be a critical member of our IT Finance, SCM & Extended Systems team, specializing in the integration and optimization of systems that connect with our core ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. You will serve as the system owner for key "boundary" applications like Blackline for account reconciliation, Kyriba for treasury management, and our Travel & Expense (T&E) platform.

Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and troubleshooting the data integrations that flow between these systems and our Oracle ERP. You will partner closely with the core Oracle team to manage these data feeds—ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. For example, you might manage the flow of GL data to BlackLine and the flow journals into Oracle. This is an opportunity to work on innovative solutions, from identifying RPA opportunities to architecting our master data strategy and even using AI to automate data governance. This role is hybrid and will require at least 2-3 days per week in our Conshohocken, PA HQ.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison between business teams (Finance, Accounting, Treasury, SCM) and IT to provide support and analysis for both boundary systems and their interaction with the ERP.
  • Collaborate with the Master Data Governance (MDG) team as a subject matter expert for Finance and SCM, influencing MDM architecture and taking ownership of documenting and maintaining data lineage flows for all connected systems in your domain.
  • Proactively identify and pilot opportunities for process improvement by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and other automation technologies. This includes conceptualizing innovative solutions to reduce manual effort, improve data lineage accuracy, and streamline complex governance workflows. Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath is a significant plus.
  • Design, build, and troubleshoot system integrations, data feeds, and APIs between enterprise platforms (e.g., between Oracle Cloud Fusion and third-party SaaS applications like Blackline or Kyriba).
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Data Governance role focused on enterprise-scale financial and SCM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems is essential. Strong preference for candidates who have worked with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and related integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle EPCM (specifically for Allocations).
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and data interface modifications.
  • Utilize Jira to manage project backlogs, document user stories, and track progress through the development lifecycle.
  • Own the end-to-end testing strategy for integrations and boundary systems, moving beyond standard use cases to design and execute complex regression and edge-case scenarios that stress-test the system's logic, data integrity, and resilience before coordinating UAT.

Our Ideal Candidate Is / Has :

  • A Tenacious Problem-Solver : You are the kind of person who, when faced with a complex system issue or business problem, becomes relentless in the pursuit of a solution. You dig deeper than anyone else to find the root cause and won't stop until you've engineered a robust, effective fix.
  • A Continuous Improvement Driver : You are fundamentally dissatisfied with the status quo. You don't just follow existing processes; you critically analyze them, identify inefficiencies, and have a proven track record of implementing smarter, better, and more efficient ways of working within financial and SCM systems.
  • A Bridge Between Business and Technology : You are a natural translator, capable of speaking the language of both business professionals and IT developers. You excel at understanding core business needs and converting them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • A Data Lineage Architect : You think about data not just as records, but as a strategic asset. You are passionate about mapping, maintaining, and governing data lineage flows between systems. You have a mindset geared towards proactively identifying how changes in one system will impact data integrity and reporting downstream.
  • A Rapid & Eager Learner : You possess exceptional logical reasoning skills and have a demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and master new technologies, systems, and complex business domains, especially within a corporate finance and supply chain landscape.
