Job Title : Line Lead - Night shift

Location : Lakeland, FL

Pay : $20.00 / hour

Hours : 6pm-6am, must be able to work any day of the week

Duration : Temporary to Possible Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Ensure all staff assigned to line are trained appropriately
Coordinate with Packaging Lead on daily work needs
Ensure line is running appropriately
Assist on production line

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

High School Diploma / GED

2+ years of production, industrial operations and / or printing industry experience

1+ year exhibiting or having leadership experience

Must be able to stand and walk up to 12 hours on shift

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

Good written and verbal communication skills in English
