A company is looking for a Brokerage Director responsible for selling life, LTC, and DI products and recruiting new producers.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and recruit advisors to promote insurance planning

Facilitate sales of life insurance, LTC, and DI products

Train and educate advisors on insurance product lines and compliance standards

Required Qualifications and Education

Insurance license required

5+ years of brokerage New Business or Life Insurance company experience

3+ years of relevant Financial Services Industry experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with significant practical experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
