Sr. Cloud Systems Architect

Candidate must already be local to Portland, OR area. This role is hybrid, 4 days onsite in Portland, OR. Not accepting H-1B visa candidates at this time.

In this senior role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and deployment of modern, cloud-native solutions. You'll be responsible for both frontend and backend architecture, driving best practices in full stack development, performance optimization, and cloud scalability. Your expertise will help modernize mission-critical systems used in vehicle visualization, manufacturing operations, and other cutting-edge use cases.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams, and lead technical decision-making that supports global manufacturing operations and long-term digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Drive at DTNA

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications using Java, .NET, and Azure technologies.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and implement CI / CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural input for integrating new technologies and modernizing legacy systems.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle , from design through implementation, deployment, and support.
• Participate in code reviews , promote best practices, and ensure code quality across the development team.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure performance, availability, and scalability across distributed environments.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, solution architectures, and integration plans.
• Work within an Agile / Scrum framework, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
