Luxury Bar Manager Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience managing a high-volume, fine dining or luxury bar program
- Advanced expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and beverage cost controls
- Strong leadership, staff management, and training skills; hands-on operational experience required
- Strong P&L, cost control and systems experience
- Servant leader and teacher, empowering others to be their very best
- Team player with the ability to take direction and think outside the box
Luxury Bar Manager Responsibilities :
Lead / Coach / Develop the beverage team to excellenceSupervise day-to-day beverage operations, communicate objectives, and assign workDesign and update cocktail menus and wine lists, collaborating with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Sales / Event Managers for consistency in flavor profiles and menu designCollaborate with Event Sales Managers to design banquet beverage offerings and amenity optionsOversee beverage operations and admin-vendor relations, inventory, expense control, hiringMust be able to communicate well with the culinary leadership team and team members in a positive mannerLuxury Bar Manager Benefits :
