Abound Credit Union has an opportunity for you to join an established, well-recognized industry leader located in the heart of the expected economic explosion related to the Blue Oval Project here in central Kentucky. Our current product lineup includes government loans, conforming agency loans, construction / perm loans and other unique portfolio loan options to fit nearly any situation - a one stop shop for potential clients. We are looking for a seasoned mortgage professional that can leverage their existing network of referral sources, our brand recognition, incredible products and support teams to achieve over the top results.

What You'll Do :

• Generate prospective mortgage loan applicants.
• Provide expertise and guidance to members and potential members on mortgage loan products and opportunities. Provides product expertise and support as needed to branch team partners.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of available mortgage loan products
• Collect appropriate documentation from borrowers to successfully complete the mortgage loan approval process
• Manage pipeline for mortgage loan origination through approval and closing
• Maintain high level of customer service and provide updates to the customer during the mortgage loan process
• Effectively work a referral network to grow a portfolio of customers

$21.84 - $27.30 hourly, base plus an uncapped commission structure
