A designated team of service engineers, technical account managers, and product authorities provides highly engineered solutionsincluding validated methods; standard methodologies; and proactive, personalized assistanceto help ensure continual operational improvement, smoother upgrades, higher system availability, and better overall system performance. Depending on the chosen level of service engagement, customers can customize the scope and frequency of these flexible offerings to match their specific business needs. Responsibilities

Possess strategic account planning and effective presentation skills over Web Conference and in person. Collaboration skills with both internal and external partners. Possess extensive knowledge of consultative selling of strategic service solutions within commercial accounts. Be a "hunter" with a proven track record to gain immediately creditability with C-level executives. Experience selling to Hospitality, Retail or Services industries highly desired.

Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50 / 50.
