Manage core HR functions : payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition, ensuring seamless execution across all sites.Enhance Engagement & Retention : Develop strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and performance in a multi-site, dynamic environment.Mentor TeamsLead and develop a small HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
