Job Summary:
Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Telecom Analyst I to work in Boston, MA.
The Voice Communications Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice communication systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of voice technologies, including VoIP and legacy phone systems, and possess the knowledge and skills to support a wide range of voice communication services.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Designs and installs well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling.
Performs troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.
Inspects LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.
Tests and configures software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
Evaluates network performance and find ways of improvement.
Organizes and schedules upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Secret Level Clearance.
COMPTIA Security+ce (IAT-Level II) Certification.
Great attitude and strong communication skills.
Experience working with LAN cable replacement and troubleshooting.
