Regulatory Affairs Manager

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager for the Controlled Substances Monitoring Program (CSMP) - Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence assessments for strategic account pharmacies and develop clear reports documenting assessments

Analyze data to support due diligence processes, including customer ordering and dispensing data

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on matters relating to strategic account customers and serve as a liaison with corporate compliance teams

Required Qualifications

Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Knowledge of controlled substance compliance or healthcare regulatory frameworks

Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare compliance is highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
