Risk Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Operations (Financial Products).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and mitigate emerging fraud, abuse, and identity risks across financial products

Conduct investigations into complex fraud patterns and oversee KYC program execution

Manage a team of risk analysts, ensuring effective prioritization and execution of tasks

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fraud prevention or risk operations, with 2+ years in financial products

2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

Proficiency in data exploration using SQL and / or BI tools

Experience collaborating on risk policy or control design with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
