Position Summary : This position is the first point of contact for the company; provides administrative support across the organization by handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all detailed responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Hours : Part Time - Monday - Friday 8am to 12 : 30pm

Pay : $19.00 to $20.50

Essential Duties :
Greets, welcomes and directs all visitors appropriatelyAnswers, screens and forwards any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededReceives and sorts daily mail / deliveries / couriersMaintains security by following procedures and controlling accessUpdates appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointmentsPerforms other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.Maintains office supplies and order as appropriateMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the departmentFollows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirementsAbides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedPosition Requirements & Competencies :
