Summary Of Job
Responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk. Responsible for initiating a meaningful customer experience via in-person assistance and / or answering phone calls. Consistent display of appropriate behavior and customer service skills.
Recruitment Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
2 years receptionist experience preferred
Experience with a multiple phone line console
Prior experience as a front office representative or similar role
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Competent at following written / verbal instructions
Ability to work independently
Compliant with confidentiality agreements and regulations
Exemplifies professional demeanor and appearance in stressful situations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Knowledge of office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, and alarms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
