Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff to deliver $20M+ projects on time and within budget.Develop and execute strategic plans for construction operations, aligning with the firm's growth objectives and client expectations.Oversee project portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination across public works, ground-up construction, and renovation projects.Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing repeat business and fostering partnerships in public and private sectors.Champion lean construction practices, safety protocols, and quality standards across all projects.What We're Looking For :
12+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, with a proven track record managing $20M+ projects in public works, ground-up construction, or renovations.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and a deep understanding of industry trends.Strategic thinker with a Midwest work ethic : hands-on, collaborative, and committed to delivering results that matter.The Perks :
