This facility is looking for Hem / Onc coverage May 1st ongoing

Schedule : 8-5 M-F plus night call each night

24 hour call on Sat / Sun

Average of 20-35 patients per day M-F

The facility would like a candidate with BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) experience

Special Procedures : Primary BMT service, ICU / PCU level care, bone marrow biopsies; competencies to be assessed locally by the Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Program Director prior to start.

Daily Responsibilities : Inpatient oversight of all active inpatient bone marrow transplant patients, including those admitted for bispecific therapies (allo, auto, CAR T-cells and bispecific step-up dosing.) Partner with the adult bone marrow transplant attending team, as well as inpatient Hematologists, Hospitalists, Pulmonary / Critical Care on the delivery of BMT and immune effector cell therapies

Working with one other Hem / Onc and 1 APP

EMR : Cerner

30-60 days to privilege

$500 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F

$500 per weeknight call M-F

$4000 per 24 hour call on Sat / Sunday

$600 per hour for any hour worked over the 8 hour guarantee M-F or any hour worked in the facility while on call
