About the role

Support residents with hands‑on care rooted in dignity and choice.

Help residents stay healthy, comfortable, and connected.

What you’ll do

Provide ADL support and companionship

Monitor and report changes; accurate documentation

Follow infection control and emergency procedures

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families

Skills & attributes

Compassion and strong communication

Sound judgment in dynamic situations

Team‑oriented; receptive to coaching

Relatable experience

Assisted living, memory care, or home care experience

Healthcare / hospitality / customer service roles

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Current CNA or HCA license

Current negative TB test; background check clearance
