About Us

Total Appliance & A / C Repairs is a family-owned and operated HVAC service company serving South Florida for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and keeping families comfortable year-round.

The Position

In this technician role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment to ensure our customers' homes stay cool and comfortable. This is a true technician position – there's no sales pressure, just the satisfaction of fixing problems and keeping our customers happy. Over 95% of the service calls you will run will be covered under parts and labor agreements, so you just perform the repairs and keep the customer happy!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in residential AC units (under 6 tons) in both water source and split system applications.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining issues and solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
