About the Role
As an Operations Manager at Ounce, you'll lead day-to-day service delivery across a growing portfolio of affordable housing communities, with an initial focus on properties in the Central U.S. and the Northeast. You'll manage a team of community navigators (and potentially team leads) and ensure a high-quality, standardized experience for residents.
We are strategically spreading our management capacity across time zones to support teams nationally. For this role, we're specifically looking for someone based in the Central Time Zone (preferred) or Northeast, to align with our service delivery in those regions and support cross-country coordination.
This role also presents an exciting opportunity to help shape how services are delivered in affordable housing communities, blending in-person, virtual, and tech-enabled approaches. You'll collaborate closely with both Community Navigators working onsite and with our virtual operations team and help define how new technologies and service models can improve resident outcomes.
We're looking for someone who brings both affordable housing expertise and a builder's mindset—someone who understands the context of HUD, LIHTC, or affordable housing investment, but who also thrives in the pace of a fast-growing, nimble organization.
