The Walt Disney Company is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Finance Transformation to support end-to-end modernization of financial processes, technology platforms, and data foundations across its global finance organization. This role will support enterprise-wide Finance Transformation by leading multiple process redesign and strategic transformation workstreams, leading cross-segment functional workstreams, and supporting the prioritization and evaluation of AI use cases within Finance. This role will report to the Director, Finance Transformation, and will work closely with senior finance, technology, and business stakeholders.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $168,200.00 to $205,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
