Responsibilities :
- Estimating, bid reviews, scheduling and constructability reviews
- Review all MEP related drawings and submittals
- Oversee MEP coordination through VD and construction process
- Develop MEP safety programs, including safety cause for post MEP safety events
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- 2+ years’ experience in the mission critical sector and 4+ in construction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Mission Critical experience preferred; construction management experience required
