Description\n\nMountain View Hospital is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our team!\n\nJOB SUMMARY : The Wound Care Nurse is a sub specialty area. We are willing to train and work towards your eligibility for credentialing. The Wound Care Nurse (WCN) is accountable for assuring the provision of quality wound care to all wound clinic patients and providing services to two hospitals. The WCN ensures that the patients' physical and psychosocial needs are met in the clinic and addressed for home care; all patients' care is documented according to policy and that patients' families are well informed of the patients' status per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality patient care within his / her scope of practice.
