The Grandview at Las Vegas is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with customers who have toured but declined an initial purchase, identifying their needs, and presenting alternative ownership solutions. Essential Job Duties

• Engage and Connect – Build rapport with vacation owners to understand their needs and concerns.
• Present Tailored Solutions – Offer customized vacation ownership options that align with customer preferences.
• Turn Objections into Opportunities – Identify why a customer initially declined and confidently present alternative solutions.
• Stay Informed and Ahead – Keep up with the latest inventory, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best options.
• Refine Your Skills – Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to continuously sharpen your expertise.
• Drive Sales Success – Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
