Job Description

What you will be doing :

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain guest accounts : guest checks, master accounts, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.
  • Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up.
  • Perform all functions of guest registry including check in and check out, updating reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain and protect guest privacy and discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

  • Excellent communication and organization skills required
  • Strong guest service background
  • A professional presentation
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous Opera Cloud experience is an asset
