Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee the production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Identify and rectify operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues promptly to minimize costs and prevent delays in production.
- Analyze production reports to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and minimizing quality defects.
- Oversee the company’s safety program, ensuring adherence to mandatory training and OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of hands-on experience in overseeing production processes and optimizing operational efficiency in manufacturing or construction settings.
- Background in precast concrete work is strongly encouraged.
Salary : $60K-$70K
