Job Overview : We are seeking a data-driven and technically proficient NetDocuments Snowflake Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that integrate NetDocuments data with the Snowflake data platform. This role is ideal for professionals who understand document management systems and have strong experience in cloud data warehousing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) NetDocuments metadata and activity logs into Snowflake.
Develop and maintain Snowflake-based reporting dashboards and analytics solutions for legal, compliance, and operational teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Snowflake queries and data models.
Optimize Snowflake queries for performance and cost efficiency, employing best practices in data warehousing and cloud technologies.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting jobs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Document data models, ETL processes, and reporting logic for internal knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
Stay updated on Snowflake features and NetDocuments API enhancements to improve reporting capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with hands-on experience in Snowflake.
Familiarity with NetDocuments document management platform and its data structures.
Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Talend, Fivetran, Apache NiFi).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
