Position Overview :
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to build your career in the insurance industry? Our team is seeking a part-time Business Insurance Assistant to support our commercial accounts and help us strengthen relationships with local business owners. This role starts in-office with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid or work-from-home schedule based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Endorsement pagesInvestigate and follow up on commercial cancellation notices to help retain accountsPrepare and send ENOL (Employer Non-Owned Auto) renewal quotesFollow up on unpaid collection letters to policyholdersCommunicate with the Business Lines Resource Center to follow up on cases involving additional interestsReach out to small business clients to explore opportunities for personal insurance and set IPS (Insurance and Financial Services) appointmentsWhat Were Looking For :
Someone with a strong attention to detail and a professional, solution-driven communication styleComfortable working with commercial lines and able to manage multiple administrative tasksPrior insurance experience is a plus, but not requiredMust obtain Property & Casualty license (if not already licensed)Why Join Us?
