Salary Range : $70-85k (based on experience) + UNCAPPED commission, OTE $120k++

Job Description :

Perform all aspects of sales, operations, and general management of the Branch.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Conducts sales activities for local territory and national accounts. (60-70%)
• Visits / phones existing or prospective accounts with and without an appointment.
• Drives and surveys sales territory to prospect for new customers and to develop intelligence on existing customer needs.
• Researches prospective accounts and / or existing customers to understand their transportation / business needs via Internet, industry materials, and / or networking.
• Interviews customers to determine transportation / business needs using a systematic approach to selling.
• Builds relationships with customers, including approved entertainment activities outside business hours.
• Tenacity / Persistence : Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.
• Time Management Skills : Ability to organize and / or schedule people or tasks and develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraints.
• Verbal Communication Skills : Ability to express / present ideas or information (via the telephone or face-to-face) through the use of the spoken word, including using proper rules of grammar and vocabulary.
• Written Communication Skills : Ability to express ideas clearly in documents that have organization, structure, grammar, language and terminology adjusted according to the audience.
