Field Service Technician - CT

Field Service Technician A leading provider of truck-mounted equipment solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our mobile service team.

This hands-on role involves traveling to customer sites to service, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment including articulating cranes, forklifts, bucket trucks, conveyors, platforms, trucks, and trailers.

This is a field service position where you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and building out your own schedule.

There is regular travel, including overnights Monday- Friday only.

Company Vehicle will be provided.

Territory : CT, RI, MA, and Southern NH Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on truck-mounted equipment in the field.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, annual DOT inspections, and warranty service.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve equipment issues during both scheduled and unscheduled hours.
• Communicate clearly with job site and fleet managers regarding needed repairs or mechanical issues.
• Document all service work including estimates, labor hours, parts usage, and inventory records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area.

Training : There will be a 60 day+ training upon start.
