Our Blood Institute is seeking a Publicity Fulfillment Coordinator who will support the Publicity & Promotion Operations Manager by coordinating key administrative, operational, and customer service functions. The position is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day functions across multiple areas including publicity, promotions, office, and multiple online store fulfillment channels.

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Salary : Competitive pay based on education and / or experience with a $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year

Days : Monday through Friday

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Highly proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Outstanding verbal and writing skills
• Possess excellent proofreading skills
• Excellent communications and relationship management skills
• Confident, dependable, attentive to details with results orientation
• Attention to detail and extremely organized
• Experience with managing multiple priorities and programs
