Overview

Trimmr is seeking candidates interested in post-harvest support roles within the regulated cannabis industry. Trimmr provides staffing to customers across New York State and has open positions in several regions.

About the Role :

Y ou will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, focusing on post-harvest processing activities. Working directly with various cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute each step of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in this growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bucking, trimming, and sorting of cannabis flower with speed and accuracy on cannabis farms.
• Maintain product quality standards, ensuring proper handling and minimal product loss.
• Assist with drying and curing room tasks as directed.
• Keep workstations organized and sanitary in compliance with state and company regulations.
• Accurately record weights and batch data where required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Compensation Hourly pay range : $19-20 / hour , depending on experience and region.
