Who You Are
- A strategic leader with deep expertise in legal talent development and a passion for cultivating high-performing teams
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (JD or advanced degree strongly preferred) and bring 10+ years of relevant experience in professional development
- Experienced in designing and delivering impactful learning programs for attorneys across all career stages
- Skilled in managing people, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Adept at building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of professional development professionals and foster a collaborative, service-driven cultureDesign and implement firm-wide learning programs that support attorney growth and career progressionOversee milestone training retreats and individualized learning plans for associatesPartner with firm leadership to align training with performance goals and talent strategiesManage CLE compliance and monitor training effectiveness using defined metricsChampion modern learning technologies and scalable delivery methods across officesTravel regularly to firm offices to assess local needs and promote engagementWhat Success Looks Like

Salary Range : $210,000 – 220,000 annually, based on experience
Location : Boston, MA – Hybrid, with regular travel required
