KenCrest is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our Delaware team in Kent and Sussex Counties as our Family Service Coordinator !

This position will provide service coordination for children aged birth to 3-years old who qualify for Early Intervention Services following the State of Delaware's Early Intervention Guidelines, supporting families in the home and community setting.

As a Family Service Coordinator with KenCrest, you will ensure the coordination of high-quality services and supports for children and their parents / caregivers, serve as the single point of contact in supporting parents / caregivers to understand and obtain early intervention services for their child, work in the home and community setting of the family and primarily tele-work from a home office.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Special Education
• Minimum two (2) years' experience providing Early Childhood Services to infants, toddlers, and their families
• Minimum one (1) year experience with home visits or case management, preferred
