About our Client : Our client is a multi-dealership RV & Powersports operation with several locations across Texas and Oklahoma.
They sell a wide variety of ATVs, UTVs, Side by Sides, LSVs, and Golf Carts from premier OEMs. They are seeking an experienced Service Technician to improve efficiency and quality of performance in the Service department.
Position Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Powersports Technician, who ideally has worked extensively on non-motorcycle Powersports vehicles.
It’s imperative that this person has experience in the troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of ATVs, UTVs, SXS, Golf Carts, and LSVs, and understands the scope of the Service department in the dealership setting.

Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and diagnose all mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical issues.
- Maintain and repair Powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, Side by Sides, LSVs, and Golf Carts.
- Perform detail oriented intake and documentation of vehicles for diagnosis and service, effectively documenting issues and the status of the vehicle upon arrival and release back to the customer.
- Maintain consistent communication and collaborate with Parts, Service, Warranty, and Management.
- Execute all documentation and action required for effective warranty processing, ensuring compliance to specs from the OEMs.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through frequent and honest communication, and detail oriented documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all SOPs and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Attend staff meetings and continuing education initiatives as directed.
Criteria for Consideration :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Powersports Technician.
- Polaris vehicle experience preferred.
- Must have experience working on non-motorcycle Powersports vehicles.
- Must have a thorough understanding for Powersports dealership operations, including Parts, Service, and Warranty.
- Formal education / certification is desirable, but not required if the years of experience are met.
- Must be detail oriented, customer-centric, and professional in appearance and behavior.
- Must be computer literate.
