A Full Time Registered Nurse in Acute MedSurgical settings delivers exceptional nursing care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation to meet patient needs. You will effectively manage the complex physical, emotional, and social aspects of patient care, administer medications, and provide necessary education to patients and families. This role is essential for maintaining clinical leadership and adhering to established nursing standards to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.\n\nJob Summary : \nIn this role, you will practice independently, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. You will provide both routine and complex care, develop long-range care goals, and enhance your ability to manage the dynamic nature of clinical nursing. You will also be responsible for making appropriate assignments and delegating tasks efficiently to enhance patient care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Provide nursing care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice by utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for all assigned patients.\n
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families according to your practice level.\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.\n
• Document patient history, symptoms, treatments, and care provided accurately.\n
• Assess learning needs and deliver comprehensive education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying vital issues and resources.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Education : Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.\n\nExperience : \n
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.\n\nCertifications : \n
• BLS certification required.\n
• Must hold an active RN License in the state of employment or a compact license.\n\nWork Schedule : \n7PM - 7AM\n\nWork Type : \nFull Time
