Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and analyze payrolls to meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs to third-party providers.
- Verify payrolls balance with inputs.
- Handle queries from employees, teams, and external providers, meeting SLAs.
- Maintain payroll documentation.
- Drive process improvements and lead payroll optimizations.
- Enhance expertise in payroll and legislative matters, supporting others.
- Develop processes for accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Maintain partnerships with payroll and tax vendors for compliance.
- Support the Payroll team and Senior Payroll Lead as needed.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of in-house payroll processing experience in a high-growth company.
- Experience with multi-state and / or international payrolls.
- Strong payroll skills, including preparation, processing, correction, and auditing.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills
