Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to define business requirements and align them with product solutions

Lead discovery sessions and facilitate project execution through requirements gathering and documentation

Support clients during the go-live process and promote solution adoption

Required Qualifications

Technical degree (Engineering) or business degree (MBA, BBA) with 3-8 years of experience in SaaS or product consulting

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong planning and organizational skills

Experience with legal technology and systems implementation skills

Strong business analysis skills and experience in process mapping and redesigning

Ability to set and manage customer expectations independently
