Job descriptionMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy contracts up to 40 hours per week, unlike salaried positions, you would be paid time 1.5 for anything approved over 40 hours by your supervisor. Material Reimbursement : Reimbursement of $250.00 for any supplies purchased for your classroom Professional Development : We offer a reimbursement of $500.00 towards professional development this can include : CEU's, licensing fees, etc Medical, dental, and vision are offered Continued insurance coverage over the summer is optional for the employee. We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for 2025-2026 SY.
Hourly Rate Range : $48.00 - $65.00 per hour
Responsibilities would include :
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings.
- Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive / expressive language, and social communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
