Senior Associate, Cx Growth

DoorDash's New Verticals organization focuses on accelerating one of our strategic pillarsDashMart, our grocery and convenience delivery offering. We're building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart S&O Growth team owns initiatives to grow DashMart customer volume, focusing on new customer use cases, optimizing merchandising, and executing go to market strategies for key customer moments and occasions.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate on the DashMart S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic growth initiatives at DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, analyze their performance, and then iterate accordingly.

You will report into the Manager, DashMart S&O in our New Verticals organization.

• Collaborate. You will support DashMart's growth through maintaining a close partnership with our category management, product management, local operations, and New Verticals teams
• Experiment. You will own end-to-end strategic customer initiatives, including merchandising, promos, and ShopEx. You will ideate, develop, execute, and analyze impact of your initiatives
• Analyze. Utilize your knowledge of data to analyze the impact of key growth initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and initiatives

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
