Job descriptionIntellectual curiosity and hypothesis driven thinking to identify the best research and data to answer clients’ questions. Comfort with working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Ability to work directly with senior management and private equity clients. Specific experience in consulting, private equity, or market assessment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; focus in economics, business, finance, or a quantitative field is a plus. 3‑5 years of experience in revenue operations, growth strategy, sales strategy, or customer success. Prior consulting experience or portfolio operations experience is a plus. Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+ preferred). High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional research and analytical experience. Quick learner, self‑starter, and hands‑on contributor. Intellectual curiosity and a drive to solve complex business problems. Demonstrated ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. Very strong data analytics skills and familiarity with statistical modeling, programming, etc. Strong ability to navigate financial statements, including building pro‑forma P&L’s. Comfort with ambiguity and tight timelines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality output in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting. Role Overview
As a Growth & GTM Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a critical role on case teams, driving key analytical workstreams and collaborating closely with Consultants and Engagement Managers. You will contribute to the development of GTM and growth strategies across industries and portfolio company situations—bridging quantitative market research with strategic recommendations that improve client commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform GTM strategies.
- Design and implement sales and marketing alignment plans, channel strategies, and customer engagement models.
- Develop frameworks and tools to support clients in executing their GTM strategies effectively.
- Assist in drafting client deliverables, such as growth strategy reports, commercial diligence decks, and executive presentations.
- Assume a high level of responsibility on client teams as well as within the firm.
