Position Overview

Place Services Inc. (PSI) is looking for a Project Manager in Denver, CO to join our West Region .

The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, under budget, and to our client’s satisfaction
• Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining quality relationships with clients
• Manage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needs
• Act as liaison and single point of contact to effectively communicate between client and project teams – field and office
• Conduct forward-thinking risk assessments and make suggestions to minimize potential risks
