Job descriptionYou’ll get paid what you’re worth – hourly + commission + tips (average $30–$50 / hour, with no ceiling). You’ll keep growing – advanced education and crossover barber training tuition reimbursement. You’ll love coming to work – a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced shop culture where your teammates feel more like friends. Going through our multi-week training program to perfect your skills (yes, even the greats get better here). Delivering an awesome haircut with professional confidence. (Barbers only) Giving a badass straight-razor shave experience that keeps clients coming back. Making clients feel like they just joined the best club in town. Work in a fun, exciting, and challenging environment. Collaborate with a sharp, motivated team (pun intended). Build lasting friendships, strong client connections, and personal confidence.
