Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your

total compensation

consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Mentorship Bonuses :

Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Certification Bonuses :

Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages available :

To ease the expenses of your transition.

Sign On Bonuses available :

Up to $10,000 based on location and start date.

Up to 52 days per year.

Schedule :

Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

Clinical Guidance :

Continuing Education

A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Your Role

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging

Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth

Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
