At Force Building Services, we’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven Maintenance Technician I to keep our commercial clients up and running. You’ll install, repair, and maintain equipment—including conveyors, motors, and other machinery—while delivering a top-notch customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure every job site exceeds safety and quality expectations (OSHA compliance is just the starting point)
- Communicate with clients and leadership on timelines, progress, and solutions
- Read and assess project scopes, estimating materials, timelines, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with subcontractors, installers, and team members to keep projects on track
- Represent our brand on-site with professionalism, following all client workplace and safety standards

Requirements :
3+ years maintenance experience (1 year property maintenance preferred)High school diploma or equivalentPrior military service (required)Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passportAbility to pass background screeningOSHA 10 certification preferredWilling to work varied shifts (day, night, overnight, on-call)Able to travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight staysPhysical Requirements
Lift / move up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periodsWork in confined spaces and wear PPE for long durationsWork Environment
Frequent travel by plane or car to job sites nationwideIndoor / outdoor work, including active construction sitesExposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and other site conditionsMust follow all safety requirements at all times
