Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in our Council Bluffs, IA cooked meats plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of six (6) months of mechanical work experience documented in the work history section of the application or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program within the last three (3) years.

This facility accepts rehires only after 365 days, and having worked less than 3 times.

Must be 18 years or older

Must present valid Identification

Must be willing to use basic hand tools

The role requires basic mechanical or maintenance skills knowledge in areas of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing, welding.

Must be able to read and understand assignments.

Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet, willing to stand for long periods of time, withstand extreme hot, cold, and inclement weather.
